Not only are all our bodies different but so is the way we like, want or maybe even need to train. Some people have the ‘get up and go’ but just need a little guidance while others will need a slightly more hands on approach to keep them on track to hit their goals. For that reason I offer a range of options depending on peoples different likes, wants or needs.
If you’re not sure which might work best for you book in a free consultation anyway and we can chat it through. There is no pressure at all to book any sessions after the initial chat.
in person training
The one-to-one training sessions provide a bespoke training experience. Sometimes we all need a little more motivation whether that’s to kick start you back into a more active lifestyle if you’ve been off exercise for a while or if you just want to learn a bit more about what works for you and hit some specific targets. For the one-to-one sessions we dig deep to find your specific needs, likes and goals. During these sessions you will not only be given that extra support to reach your goals but I will also aim to educate you and give you all the tools you need to get out there and do more on your own confidently.
Small group training
Alternatively, you can get together with a few of your friends to split the cost, share the experience and keep each other motivated.
Online TRAINING PROGRAMS
If you are motivated to make a change but just need guidance and accountability, online coaching may be the option for you. The process is the same as one-to-one training with an initial consultation, movement analysis and bespoke programme designed just for you. The difference is that the programme will be handed over for you to complete yourself via an app with access to me via messaging and regular check ins.
