My Approach
I have always loved a diverse workout routine and like to be able to offer the same to people who train with me. This wider knowledge of disciplines also brings with it a greater depth of understanding of the body, how it works and what we need to do to keep it happy. I encourage anyone who trains with me to use it as a journey to not only reaching their goals but also to get to know their individual body. What works for them? What gets the best results? What do they enjoy? What does their body thank them for doing, what helps them reset their minds and reap the mental benefits that exercise brings. Everyone has their own fitness journey to find what works for them and fits into their lifestyle and I love being able to help people on that journey, helping to give them the confidence to get out there and do it more often.
I love learning and will continue to broaden my knowledge through continued development, so I can keep offering the best advice I can to clients whatever stage they are at.
Above all your workouts should be fun, rewarding (both physically and mentally) and all about the individual. It's a personal journey that you should be able to take freely and without judgement or competition. Carve your own path and reach for your own goals...... with a little help and encouragement from me if you need it.
For whatever reason you do it, just make sure you love it and own it.
