About Caroline

Having grown up with a love of all things sport, I found myself in my 20s plagued with knee pain that seemed to get in the way of everything I tried. On top of that I had a very busy desk job that took up all my time and energy and meant I was often socialising with work in the evening. Don’t get me wrong, I had a lot of fun but I was also suffering from mental and physical fatigue, as well as an overwhelming feeling of stress and anxiety that seemed to follow me around without release.

I finally decided that enough was enough, some big changes needed to happen if I was going to break the cycle and start to feel better. A corrective exercise specialist helped me fix my knee problem as well as educating me on the root cause of the problem. This allowed me to start to overcome the fears and anxieties I had around exploring exercise again. Regaining control of my health started to make me feel better both physically and mentally and helped give me the confidence to break away from a job that I was not finding fulfilling and start helping people through that same journey.

And so the chain of events started and my love of learning about exercise grew. After many years of hard work and dedication (on top of my full time office job) I qualified as a Yoga instructor and Personal Trainer and fully made the leap. I’ve been incredibly fortunate to go on to work with some wonderful studios, some brilliant instructors and a wide range of amazing clients, some of which are still with me from the start. I have continued to learn and add to my skill set and qualified with my specialism in Corrective Exercise so I can help people who were in the same position as me all those years ago.

I love helping clients overcome pain, or insecurities about exercise and generally learn more about what they enjoy. This helps them to feel more confident to take their own path, try new things and build a more active lifestyle that they can maintain long-term.

The link between physical and mental health became ever more apparent to me and a love of helping clients in all aspects of their lives has grown. With a degree in Psychology, my most recent step has been to complete my Transformational Life Coach course so I can help clients truly take steps towards feeling the very best version of themselves inside and out.

I found Caroline’s classes online and was drawn to the positivity in her attitude, emphasis on the range of benefits of working out (mental and physical) and her knowledge of corrective exercise so you know you’re in safe hands.
Her classes do not disappoint!
She makes me want to show up every week, whether it’s for her Yoga class (which has a lovely balance of being physically challenging if you want it to be and also rejuvenating and helping you connect to your body more deeply), or to her Cardio class, which is challenging but so uplifting and with so much motivational cheerleading and mix-up of moves that the time flies by! She guides you through every move comprehensively, so you’re never unsure what to do or how to do it, but she also keeps her classes fun and uplifting.
I think she’d be a brilliant PT, if that’s what you’re after ️
Highly recommend!
